develop your own potential and to feel more positive about
yourself and others. Working out your own solutions to problems
can then seem more possible.
Sandy is able to offer you hypnotherapy
either on its own or in conjunction with counselling. As a
qualified hypno-psychotherapist, she has found this natural
and age-old therapy to be helpful for certain people with
certain problems, especially when practised in a person-centred
way. Where appropriate and where someone wishes to, the ability
to reach into the subconscious can be deeply beneficial.
Both Sandy and Wendy can offer CBT, which is
proven as an effective therapy for anxiety/panic, depression,
phobias and post-traumatic stress disorder. We will be very
